With an imaginative menu created by Minnesota native Chef de Cuisine Erik Salo, Crescent Kitchen and Bar features a fresh, local and seasonal menu with an emphasis on delicious American down-to-earth and traditional comfort foods using local farm-grown ingredients and straightforward preparations.
Crescent Kitchen features regional American fare comprised of familiar comfort foods, updated and refined for the modern diner's palate, focusing on shareable small plates, which encourages groups to socialize in a convivial atmosphere.
In addition to great food, Crescent Kitchen and Bar features 16 craft beer selections on tap along with a selection of over 80 different small batch bourbons and scotches. Select a signature cocktail or choose a wine from vineyards around the world.
In the morning, don't forget to start your day off right with a cup of hot coffee from Dunn Bros (another local favorite) or a breakfast item at the Daily Brew, serving light fare on the lobby level.
